Neighborhood boys found a little dog near our home this evening, around 6:30 p.m and asked my husband for help. She had no leash, but she had a black harness and a collar with tags- however the tags had no name and no family #, only a Poughkeepsie vet # – which we tried, but it was after hours. We’ve brought her home and have left a message with the Kingston Dog Control Officer.
