Found a young cat, very dehydrated and full of maggots. Took to East Fishkill Animal Hospital and couldn’t save her. Paid to try to get IV but she was skinny and weak. My neighbor and I both chipped in money for her and two women heard me talking and they paid the balance. Didn’t want her to not be noticed, we did our best ?
