Happy went missing from Teatown Rd in Croton on Hudson on 10/14 in the evening. He is a Rat Terrier and about 26 pounds. He is fearful of men but likes women. He is a skittish dog and has never run off before. He was wearing a collar with his name and the home phone number on it. Please call 914-271-5725 with any info. The family is very upset.
