Our 14-year old Pembroke Welsh Corgi, Annabelle, slipped out of her collar in the Rhinebeck/Rhinecliff area on Wednesday, Sept. 20 around 3 p.m. She’s only wearing a flea color, not an identifying collar. She’s partially deaf and afraid of other dogs but won’t be aggressive to humans.
