My friends found a cat in the parking lot of Chelsea Ridge Apartments. They had her checked for a chip and checked with Chelsea Ridge to see if she was registered as a pet. No chip and no registration. My friends gifted her to me, but I really think she was someone’s pet. The vet says she is about a year and a half old. Hoping to find her real home.
