I lost my dog Cooper on 2/12/18 wearing 2 collars (black invisible fence device/blue regular).
SIGHTING: “Driving on the northbound side of the the Taconic, between mile marker 16-15.8, a medium, male, light brown dog, looked to be a basset hound/ dauchshund mix. He had on a blue collar. Would not respond to food or get into the car. Called Yorktown police. Hope he makes it home safe 💚”
