Dulcinea was last seen at the East Fishkill/Stormville I-84 rest stop. She is usually an indoor cat only and may be VERY frightened. Please do not chase. If sighted, contact her owner as soon as possible at nhpacker@outlook.com.
I am a local good samaritan trying to help the owner. She was driving from New Hampshire to Illinois when Dulcinea jumped out of the car during a break at the rest stop. The owner lives in Illinois so I am doing the best I can to help.
