I first saw this cat in White Plains, NY, on November 12, 2018, where I feed a couple of other cats that are feral. (Parking lot near intersection of Post Road and Mamaroneck Ave.) Cat was very clean and healthy looking at the time. I had not seen it again until today. It came out of a cat shelter left where I feed the other cats. The cat is now dirty and has apparently been living on the streets since I first spotted it. It either got out of someone’s house or was dumped there in November. I am hoping that someone is looking for it.
