Steffi is an elderly tri color (black/white brown) Cavalier Spaniel who is still missing. Someone is going around saying she had been found and returned. That is not true. She is deaf, partially blind and needs her meds. She was spotted several times the first week she went missing nearly 4 weeks ago. I think she was picked up. Please help her. Please help me.
