Hi,
I’m a student at Bard College and my friends and I were driving down River Road last night and we saw a golden retriever wandering around in the homes/woods near Bard’s campus. We stopped our car and tried to get the dog, but it kept running away. I hope this helps. Sorry we couldn’t do more.
