Cat was found in the Chelsea area in the town of Wappingers Falls. Was very hungry and dirty. Was very timid at first, but now is very affectionate and cries for attention, so appears to be a lost pet, not a feral cat. He is now eating well, started to groom himself, and appearance is improving. Hoping to reunite this sweetie with his/her owner!!
