GARRISON, NY: Looking for our all black cat SHADOW between the Old Bird and Bottle Inn and Saunders farm, very near the Catfish Pond area. Must have gotten out late on Saturday night from our home on Old Albany Post Road. He has a pink collar with a tag.
He’s old, slight but quite spry and very friendly. He’s always lived as an able outdoor cat, but has recently come to this house and hadn’t been out yet, so very possibly disoriented.
His old home was near Dennytown Rd. and Trail of the Maples in Putnam Valley. He could be trying to make his way there.
He responds to sit, shaddy, bowl leg and shaddy boy. He’s not super into food but it’s worth a try. He responds to toys and play and could probably be persuaded to follow with a good feather or string toy.
Any info appreciated 🤍 we are heartbroken.
