There was a blue parakeet in my yard today and I was able to get a pic. Kingston is a little far from beacon, I thought it was worth a shot. I’ll keep an eye out maybe I can catch him. Yours has a band??
Possibly sighted in beacon ny. I have a photo. It’s been there for a few days
