My son and girlfriend found this older female dog in the middle of the road on Murray Road in Middletown, NY tonight Sunday, March 27th. She was cold and shivering with icles hanging from her. If anyone knows who she belongs to please message me ASAP. Please share. The dog has been scanned and is not microchipped.
