Found a black and white tuxedo cat, yellow eyes, pink nose, white paws, in the vicinity of Washburns Lane in Stony Point. Very friendly and playful and in good health. I got him checked out at VCAH. He got a rabies and distemper shot, a fecal and blood test (which came back negative) flea and tick. His teeth are in very good shape too.
