Hi, my husband spotted this dog this morning at a job site he has been working at in an area of new homes being built in Pawling. The area is off Woodbridge Dr which is off of Cushman Rd. He said some other workers also saw the dog a couple days ago as well. The dog is wearing a flea collar and is hanging around but seems skittish. He tried to give it a piece of food and water bit he/she would not approach. There is mostly woods around with very few homes. It is a new devopement being built with no address that is not on maps yet.
