I was traveling north bound on Taconic Parkway when we pulled over and my GF and I switched drivers between exit 62-64 (near Salt Point and Pumpkin rd). In that time, our tiny little puppy slipped out 😭

Theo: He’s a 15 lb cockapoo, shaved down Blonde/Beige hair, wearing a black collar. He is chipped. He’s SUPER FRIENDLY.
