Hello, my fiance and I found this cat near Winthrop Ct at Chelsea Ridge in Wappingers Falls. She does not have a microchip or collar. I’ve seen her outside a few times – not sure if she is a stray or someone’s indoor/outdoor cat. She’s very friendly and chatty!
