I live by the Wallkill River Wildlife Refuge. I have an electric fence, and my dog was in the yard. I haven’t seen him in about 2 hours. He was wearing his electric collar, but he’s no longer on my yard. He looks like a black shepherd with a white chest. He’s also wearing a lime green color with a tag. He is almost completely blind, so I’m in a panic that he left the yard.
