Hi there, I don’t use Facebook but wanted to submit a picture of a dog I saw on the side of Boardman Rd/Zack’s Way in Poughkeepsie on Tues Aug 26th around 4:30pm. It was very shy and went into the woods when I tried to approach so unfortunately I could not get a better picture. There was a bowl with water on the side of the road so it seems like perhaps someone is leaving food and water for it.
