Toby, 12 year old pitbull mix. Has hind quarter issues, is deaf and mostly blind. Missing from Dug Hill Road, Hurley NY. Missing since last night. If anyone has seen him wander Dug Hill, please contact myself or his owner, Mark Emig. He’s friendly, but hard of hearing and vision so he won’t hear you or see you more than likely.
