I live in Barclay Heights of Saugerties. I was bringing my own dog to an appointment when I saw this loose pup. The dog wouldn’t let me touch, but did greet my dog. My neighbor arrived and let this dog in her yard so I could get to the appointment. I believe she was calling Saugerties Animal Shelter. I’m sorry I had to leave the scene, but glad to report that this pup is safe.
