My dog was lost at Flannery Animal hospital before 6 am. He was last spotted at that time headed toward the water treatment plant in Newburgh. Please, if you see him, call Flannery at 845-565-7387 as they will be closer to help, and myself, Jennifer, at 845-248-6058. He is sick and scared. He may still have his IV in his leg and red bandaging on that.
