COLOR: One blond/yellow, one black with brown around the neck

Two dogs spotted in my yard today at 1:45pm and again at 4:15pm – above Rondout Resevoir off of Yagerville Road. They came to my pond to swim and drink water. Both were friendly but shy. Came when I called and they ate treats and dry food, when I went in to get more food they left and would not return when called.
Neighbor says he saw them last Sunday 7/19 in the neighborhood.
They have collars with no identification or tags, one chain collar (blond dog) one light blue rubber collar (black dog). They are hungry but seem healthy otherwise. Blond dog is lab/mix adult age probably 60 lbs, black dog has lighter brown coloring around their neck and seems adolescent around 35/40 lbs.
