I have noticed a small white cat with a blue collar in my apartment complex for the past few days. He’s new to the area. There’s plenty of stray cats around here, but this is the first time I’ve seen him or her he did come near me and allow me to approach him when I attempted to pick him up. He ran away, but he continues to come back around the area.
