Dutchess was adopted out from the Ulster County SPCA in August. She was lost from her home 2 weeks ago and we are assisting the adopter in trying to locate her. She is approximately 6 months old, mostly white with black ears and black spots on her back. She is probably very shy and scared. Last seen on Smith Avenue in Kingston.
