Satchel went missing at 5am, he is very friendly, black and white, 13-yrs old.

Possible sighting… similar looking dog wearing a blue collar…. was in my dogs outdoor playyard. Tried to coax it with cheese. No luck. Would not come to whistles kinda skidish. The dog ran into woods by the last encampment in new windsor ny. These woods run behind schelshingers steakhouse, cocacola, and UPS. Not sure if the dog is your dog. Hope you find the pup. I know the feeling.
