Found cat in Jefferson Valley at my office behind the mall. Looking to find its owner or a foster, as currently, the cat is outdoors. Super friendly and definitely a house cat, I just can’t bring it in where I live. I am willing to even donate to a shelter in order to have this cat out of the cold. Please help and ask anyone you may know.
