When did this happen???
I’m asking because on 6/14/16 I was headed to Rochester.
leaving from Middletown before passing exit 113 their was a dead animal on the side of the high way brown with dark main.
It look like a puppy i can me wrong but I don’t think so.
Not far from the animal shelter just the opposite side of it.
