Lost dog on May 21, 2020. Libby does not have a collar around her neck, she wiggled out of it while on the walk leach. I am sure she is hungry and thirsty. Thank you in advance for your HELP. Libby was last seen on Rt. 213 and weighs around 12lbs. and has big poppy eyes, black long hair Chug. I don’t have a updated picture of her.
