Found a grey cat with white markings at the Peekskill Hat Factory. We thought he/she was feral, but he eats from a dish out of my hand. He is very sweet, but somewhat nervous. Meows a lot. I believe he has a home. We are having him caught next week to be checked for a chip/get fixed/rabies shots if no one comes forward.
