Good evening. I live in pleasant valley and have been trying to capture a lost dog but it’s not working and I’m heartbroken over it. 💔😭 It’s a small all white dog with a blue name tag on its collar. I think it’s a havanese type dog. It was spotted on Forest Valley Rd, Willow Ct, Briar Patch Ln, and Thorn Hill Dr. Everytime we tried to catch it, it ran. From people and cars.
