Found super sweet, super emaciated, orange and white cat. Came right up to my son near our house in Port Jervis a few blocks from the high school. Has a white flea collar on and is very affectionate. Appears either to have been out for a while or neglected. Will be taking to Humane Society of Port Jervis in Deer Park tomorrow when they open. For now kitty is in my garage with food, water, shelter and some loves. Cannot keep or bring in to the house as I have other pets.
