All black cat I’ve seen roaming on Glasco Turnpike. Has a fold in his ear and is very loving. Hoping he has a home and was not abandoned. First time I saw him he had blood on his head, and each time I’ve seen him over the past 3 months he has had a lot of ticks on him. Today he came up to me shivering from the cold, so out of worry from the cold and the amount of ticks I picked him up. Currently taking care of him till owners can be found. Please help!
