Found a neutered male cat in Stone Ridge on June 29 in the morning stuck in one of our trees. He came down on July 1. He was really dehydrated and exhausted. We brought him to Kingston SPCA on July 2 because he wasn’t drinking water or eating food on his own. I think he’s a house cat, but had no collar. He’s really mild mannered and sweet.
