This cat appears to be an outdoor stray, not certain. She (or he?) has been coming around my house on Tremper Ave for months. As of two months ago I started feeding her. She is here daily and seems to live under my porch. She comes up to me and wants to run against my leg. Seems friendly but hisses when scared. Neighbors don’t know her. Know collar. Does she belong to anyone?
