Panther is a very sweet talkative 4 year old all black cat with a slight white patch on his chest. He is an indoor cat and we rescued him at 3 months with his mom Cheo. He must of gotten out yesterday during the storm. We last seen him at home in our complex in Hudson row in Poughkeepsie. Any help would be highly appreciated.
