Happy is shy and friendly, all black with a white underbelly, lab collie mix about 27lbs! She went missing at 7am near 2nd Ave Spring Valley, NY. She was wearing a pink and green collar.

Someone on Lost Pets FB page said they saw her running along side the “PIP” (whatever that is) on Thursday morning.
Someone posted a dog sighting on the PIP near exit 11, black dog with white spot might be Happy. they posted it about a 1/2 hr ago.
Someone thinks they saw him on the Palisades parkway right before exit 11 around 8am this morning.
We were out looking today. Landscapers said they saw her on Addison Boyce Drive running towards West Clarkstown Rd. I believe others saw her on the Pallisades. Praying for a safe return ??
