Oakley is a 1.2 yr old blue indigo Peacock. He was home raised and not terribly spooked. 2-3 mile radius of Pine Plains Town Hall. Was missing from coop this morning with no struggle seen. Not ruling out predator but praying he's out for an adventure. Last seen last night at 10p locking coop. Please
My bird has no band and is missing a couple of toes.
This bedraggled Monk Parakeet showed up at my bird feeder today. They're "Rare" in terms of local bird watching, so I'm assuming it's a lost pet. It flew away into the trees before I could get on my deck to see if it was comfortable around people.
