My bird has no band and is missing a couple of toes.

This bedraggled Monk Parakeet showed up at my bird feeder today. They're "Rare" in terms of local bird watching, so I'm assuming it's a lost pet. It flew away into the trees before I could get on my deck to see if it was comfortable around people.

We first spotted the bird yesterday morning, Aug. 12, 2020. It can fly a bit but not very far. Seems like a domesticated bird that got lost.
