Hello! I live in the Wappingers Falls town and behind the house, I always see this orange and white cat. She/He looks healthy but sees me with my two cats and watches through the window. Not sure if he’s just checking things out or doesn’t have a home and it makes me feel sad! Especially

Found in Red Hook NY. This cat has been frequenting our home for quite some time. She is not microchipped and is underweight. The vet said she looks like she's been living on the streets awhile. She looks old probably about 13 or older.
