My dear cat has wandered. He sometimes does but only for a day and it’s now been over 3 days. His name is Graydon. He’s neutered and chipped. Please help me find him or let me know if you see him. Thx! Heartsick.

I found this cat abandoned in a trailer park in very rough condition. He's covered in fleas, sores and scars (probably from the fleas and fighting) and he's missing large patches of fur (almost like someone shaved him) and his skin can be seen through his fur on his lower half.
