This very friendly cat is being sheltered and fed by my neighbor. She has a small shaved patch on her neck as though she's been at the vet recently. She was going up to people's doors looking for her people. She likes being petted and picked up.

Found a cat on Walnut Lane in Poughkeepsie. Has a plastic collar around their neck and is very friendly. No owner indicated. Just wanted to see if this is a missing cat or a cat that goes indoors and outdoors.
