We've seen this guy around our neighborhood (Victoria Drive area in Poughquag/Beekman) off and on over the last 2 weeks or so. He spent yesterday hanging out with me on my deck. He's very sweet and likes being around humans. There have been bear sightings in my neighborhood, so I want to be sure this

He's approx 22 lbs, all black, small fleck of white on neck; not too noticeable. Got out last night around 10:30 through a screen trying to get the neighbors cat.

She is very curious and can be very bold, but can also be terrified and flighty. Loves laserlights. She was an an indoor cat, so no collars or chips, unfortunately. She has a long, funny meow and does this "haup haup" biting air thing when I pet her. If you approach, she will likely run.
We've done everything people recommended, leaving his littler box and food out but he has not come home. We spent all day looking around and asking people and haven't found him yet. He is microchipped but not wearing a collar. We are heartbroken please help us!
