Almost hit a cat running along 94 in New Windsor near DeRienzo Rossi Accountants. Circled back around to see if we could find him/her. After an hour of trying to get it out of a tree he/she finally came down. It is currently at our house. Young cat. Grey with white stripes. Approximately 6 months
