Found this little cat in my garage today. His collar was dug into his skin pretty bad and he’s pretty thin. I’m hoping someone is missing he/she.
She is a gray and white tuxedo cat (white from her chest to her front and back paws and face). On her face her nose has a gray spot on it which might look like a scar. She has green eyes. She's a little bit shy but might come up to other people. Please help
