Found dog on crystal run road in middletown. Had twine and a carabiner attached to collar.

My dear little Cyrus ran out today and has not been found!! I drove arround for 5 hours/contacted City of Newburgh and Town police. Flannary said there have been no dogs brought in. Today is 10/1/17. He was last seen on Nott Place at 2:45pm in Newburgh.

Very nice, gentle, mild mannered middle-aged yellow lab. Has an e-collar (Pet Safe 1000) but no other collar. Found on Rock City Rd. near Sawmill Rd. in Rock City/Milan. Saturday 9/30 around 10:30am.
