Found in Briarcliff Manor

My husband found a dog today on Route 9a in Briarcliff valley. She's wearing a red collar, no tags. Collar manufacturer is titan. Beautiful, very well behaved, female lab. Would love to hold her for the owner, but I have a cranky dog.
