I am the Deputy City Clerk for The City of Beacon. Our Dog Warden picked up a little Terrier wandering around on Main Street yesterday. He is not neutered. Brown and black in color with a green collar. Our warden took him to Hudson Valley Animal Rescue, where I believe he remains now.
