I found this little guy on the streets of Newburgh, NY. He was in the pouring freezing rain. Had no collar or leash. Took him to the vet and he is healthy, but not chipped or neutered. He’s around 3-4 months old. He seems to be some kind of a poodle mix? Does not shed
